Tai Chi Instructor Training
Tai Chi Chuan is a classical Chinese exercise
for health, self-defense, and spiritual growth.
It involves slow, circular, and beautiful
movements. It is sometimes called “walking
meditation”. It emphasizes relaxation, breath
control, visual and mental concentration, as
well as moving energy in the body. Tai Chi
Chuan imparts great health benefits: improved
posture and balance, circulation, metabolism,
improved immune and neuromuscular functioning,
as well as healing and prevention of illness.
There will be six sessions offered within a
