Class Schedule

Tai Chi classes and Qi Gong classes are taught at our school in Holliston, Massachusetts. For those interested in teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong we offer certification courses.

New Students Are Always Welcome

Tai Chi Classes
Monday: 7pm-8pm
Tuesday: 7pm-8pm
Thursday: 7pm-8pm
 		    Qi Gong Classes
   Monday: 10am-11am

Saturday: 9am-10am
