Medical Tui Na Training Course and Certification

July 9, 10, 11 - 2010.  9am to 6pm each day

This program is to train people perform medical Tui Na to help treat the following conditions: headache, migraine, insomnia, anxiety, high stress, low energy, depression, PMS, Digestive problem, weight problem, back pain, neck pain, sciatica, hypertension, shoulder pain, menstrual pain, circulation problem, soft tissue injuries, sinus problem, Fibromyalgia, tendonitis, arthritis, etc.

In this intensive training, you will learn:

• Important body energy channels (meridians)
• Critical acupuncture points and their functions, and related to ailments;
• Contraindications for medical Tui Na
• Locate problems before treatment (make diagnose with your hands)
• The therapeutic Tui Na technique for treating individual ailments
• Cupping techniques

Day 1:  Meridian and their travel; identify the cause of the problem, commonly used Tui Na technique for healing;

Day 2:  Acupuncture points related to illness; practice medical Tui Na technique; learn to treat individual illness.

Day 3:  Review techniques, special neck therapy. cupping

Course/Certification Recommended for:
massage therapists, acupuncturists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, Reiki practitioner, Qi Gong practitioners or instructors, Tai Chi practitioners or instructors, martial art teachers, mind-body therapists, and anyone who is interested in this kind energy medicine. Student should be physically fit

Certification:
Certification will be given after completion of the course and passing a test. Test can be taken any time after practicing on 20 patients if you have taken Wellness Tui Na course; 120 patients for new students.  You will be qualified to practice Medical Tui Na anywhere in United States by Dr. Kuhn.

Course Fee:
$650.00.  Space is limited.

Tui Na Clinic (One day of supervised hands on practice, working on patients) is required after training. Cost: $75.00 person.
